Adventures In Yellowstone

We got to see Old Faithful shoot up a couple times, we saw some beautiful hot springs and bacteria mats, the kids tried on crazy hat/headbands, and we saw a buffalo cross the street …it was a great day, incredible weather, and NO bear spray used – YAY!!!!  Tomorrow we will cruise through the park again and we’re praying for another great day!!

Trip to Montana

5 kiddos, 2 cars, 10 days, 4 states and my oh my the miles we will drive!!  This morning my Auntie's neighbor shot a rattle snake, buried the head because of the venom, cut the rattlers off (the newest souvenir for my nephew), and brought the still twitching body of the snake down for all the kids to see...Monatana living at its finest.  I've got bear spray, but I don't have any snake spary, buffalo spary, elk spray, antelope spray or any other wild creature spray for that matter, so hopefully bear spray is mutli-wild-creature useful...of hopefully I won't find out at all.  Tomorrow is big day number one to Yellowstone...pray for us!!
